OIKN Targets Investment To Enter IDR 45 Trillion By The End Of 2023
The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) targets investments that enter IKN to reach Rp45 trillion by the end of 2023.
"So in 2023 our target (investment) is IDR 45 trillion," said OIKN Deputy for Funding and Investment Agung Wicaksono in an online media briefing on Monday, November 20.
Agung said the targeted incoming investment was needed to build a city ecosystem in IKN in 2024 in line with the relocation of the capital city from Jakarta to the first phase of IKN.
Meanwhile, he said, through the groundbreaking stages I and II, there were already Rp35 trillion in incoming investments.
According to Agung, the investment is included in the form of a project and is not handing over funds to OIKN.
"We can say that currently (the total investment) is IDR 35 trillion. The value is included in the form of projects built in IKN," he said.
Furthermore, Agung said, there will be 10 projects that will start laying the first stone or groundbreaking in December 2023, with a total investment value of IDR 10 trillion.
He added that the projects that will be groundbreaking are included in three categories, namely green areas, areas to work, live, and play, as well as state institution offices.
"This is still a tentative list, depending on the schedule of the president and the willingness of the president, we can do how much," he said.
