Kia Releases Sorento PHEV 2024, Offers New Colors With Variational Features
JAKARTA - Kia officially introduced Sorento Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) as a 2024 model. The SUV comes with a slight change ranging from the latest features to different interiors from before.
According to the company's official website, quoted on Saturday, November 11, the car has a dimensions of 4,800 mm, a width of 1,900 mm, a height of 1,694 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,814 mm, carrying a broad five-seater configuration style.
For the outside, this car has the same design as the previous version. However, the South Korean manufacturer removed Runway Red's color choice and replaced it with Gravity Blue.
The color is complemented by an interior package of the Navy, which is added a trim with a blue accent on the steering circle. In addition to a slight change in color and trim, Sorento PHEV continues to offer comprehensive packages to the driver's adjoint system.
Kia also presents a varying Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) system: Blind Spot Collision Avoidance Assist - Rein (BCA-R) w/Parallel Exit, Driver Attention Warning (DAW), Forward Collision Avoid Assist junction Turning (FCA-JT), Fusion type, car & pedestrian & cycle Highway Driving Assist (HDA), High Beam Assist (HBA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Rear Occupant Alert sensor type (ROA), Blind View Monitor (BVM), and other standard equipment.
The manufacturer still uses a 1.6T GDI 4-cylinder engine with an automatic transmission of six accelerations and a 66.9 kW electric motor, so that it can produce a combined power of 261 dk and a 349 Nm torque.

Kia Sorento PHEV 2024 will be sold in the US for the SX-P variant at a price of 49,990 US dollars or equivalent to Rp784.5 million. This price does not include other options, including shipping costs.
