KPK Investigate Allegations Of Gratification Of Up To Tens Of Billions Of Rupiah At PT Pertamina Regarding Catalys Procurement
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating allegations of gratification at PT Pertamina (Persero) regarding the catalyst procurement tender. The revenue value is said to reach tens of billions of rupiah.
"Currently, the KPK has opened an investigation into cases related to the alleged receipt of gratuities in the tender for the procurement of catalysts at PT PTM Persero," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, November 6.
Ali emphasized that the gratuity value of up to tens of billions of rupiah was the initial evidence for the investigation. However, he has not detailed who the suspects are in this case.
He said that the suspects and their actions would only be conveyed in a forced effort. "The adequacy of evidence remains our basis for conveying to the public the identities of the parties designated as suspects, complete construction of the description of the case, and the articles suspected," said Ali.
"Of course we will convey this when an arrest or detention is made," he continued.
