Palestinians Who Died In Gaza Strip Increased To 1,078 People
The number of Palestinians killed in Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank increased to 1,078 people with injuries reaching more than 5,314 people.
The local Ministry of Health said on the fifth day, 1,055 people were killed and 5,184 others injured in ongoing fighting throughout the Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank rose to 23 people. Previously, two youths, Abd al-Rahman Faraj and Ali al-Abbasi, were killed by Israeli military shells in the Ain al-Luza area of Silwan City, Jerusalem.
A total of 130 people were reported injured in the city.
Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Hussein al-Sheikh revealed that his party had requested that food and medicine be supplied immediately to its citizens in the Gaza Strip, but Israel refused.

"We urge international humanitarian agencies and the international community to intervene in immediately stopping aggression and allowing entry to aid material because the Gaza Strip is currently facing a major humanitarian catastrophe," PLO officials said on Twitter.
Hussein al-Sheikh also requested that the power and water grid be restored.
