The Hycan V09 Electric MPV Which Has Battery Range of 762 Km Is Ready To Hit The Road in China
JAKARTA - Hycan, an electric car manufacturer from China, will start the official sale of its first MPV of electricity V09, on October 13 in China.
The public first saw V09 when it was still in the form of an electric MPV at the Guangzhou Automotive Exhibition last year, and its pre-sales phase began on September 10.
Competitors from Toyota Alphard but present in this electric version have a striking and futuristic look which is actually similar to Lexus LM.
V09 is offered in five different versions with prices ranging from 320,000 to 460,000 yuan, around IDR 702 million to IDR 991 million.
The V09 builds on Hycan's H-GEA platform, which uses integrated designs from body frames, sets of legs, and batteries with 65% stainless steel and 20% heat shielding steel. The MPV will be the second model to use this platform after the A06 sedan which went on sale last year.
Quoted from Carnewschina, October 10, Hycan is equipped with 24 sensors powered by two Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chips to provide up to 30 advanced driving assistance functions and 16 parking assistance functions through the H-VIP 3.0 intelligent driving system. Buyers can also add a 130 line LiDAR option, which provides detection distances of up to 300 meters.
V09 has a 2+2+3 seat array and its cockpit features a three-screen design consisting of a 10.25-inch instrument panel, a 14.6-inch central control screen, and a 12.3-inch front passenger entertainment screen. The car is also equipped with a refrigerator, two wireless chargers, and a 22- speaker car audio system.
The batteries for V09 are supplied by CALB and Juwan Technology Research, with a choice of 92 kWh of ternary battery capacity, 95.16 kWh of lithium-iron-photo (LFP), and 114.19 kWh of ternary.
This car has a CLTC range of between 620 and 762 km, and a fast charging platform with a high voltage of 800V that allows charging as fast as 1 km per second. The electric motor stationed in front has 202 kW of power and 335 Nm of torque, with a maximum speed of up to 190 km/hour.

For information, Hycan is a partnership company between GAC and Nio that was founded in 2017, but Nio left the partnership in 2022. Currently, this company is the result of a joint investment between GAC and Guangdong Pearl River Investment Management Group.
With the presence of this MPV, Hycan will complement its product line, which currently has two SUVs - 007 and Z03 - as well as a sedan, A06, on the market.
