Potential State Loss Due To Corruption At Mukomuko Hospital Reaches IDR 2 Billion
MUKOMUKO - Mukomuko District Attorney (Kejari), Bengkulu, estimated state financial losses in the alleged corruption case of regional hospital financial management (RSUD) of more than Rp. 2 billion. Head of the Mukomuko District Attorney's Office, Rudi Iskandar, said that the estimated state financial losses were more than Rp. 2 billion based on the provisional tally of the local prosecutor's team of investigators. "I am sure it was more than Rp. 2 billion, that was yesterday because of public pressure when the state financial losses were determined, if you want to focus a lot," said Iskandar, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 9. To obtain additional data related to the amount of state losses, he said, his party conducted examinations of 500 employees, both state civil servants and honorary officers at the local hospital recently. He said that his party carried out the calculation of state financial losses in this case from the elements examined could not show work orders (SPK), including the additions, then the duplication of the letter of accountability. The modus carried out, he said, there were individuals who received concurrent honorariums such as those who had stopped working at the RSUD as well as received honorarium medical categories, non-medical paramedics.
The honorary instrument, he continued, used an accountability letter (SPJ). The results of collecting data and information from RSUD employees were handed over to a team of experts to be verified regarding state losses in the case of alleged corruption in the financial management of the local hospital.
