The Ministry Of Finance And The House Of Representatives Agreed To PMN Rp42.63 Trillion For 11 SOEs
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) and Commission XI of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) approved the provision of Cash and Non-Cash State Equity Participation (PMN) from the State Budget for Fiscal Year (TA) 2023 totaling Rp42.63 trillion for capital as many as 11 state-owned enterprises (BUMN).
Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati said that the granting of all PMN must be accompanied by Key Performance Indicators and performance contracts that are monitored and signed by management to achieve the investment target.
"So, the disbursement of PMN is not carried out in logs, but must be in accordance with KPI and there must be a performance contract that will be monitored by management and then report regularly," Sri Mulyani said at the Commission XI Working Meeting of the DPR RI with the Minister of Finance in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Monday 2 October.
In detail, the Cash PMN sourced from the 2023 State Budget was allocated to PT Hutama Karya worth Rp28.88 trillion, Airnav Indonesia worth Rp659.19 billion, and PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia worth Rp3 trillion.
Then, for PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) worth IDR 1.53 trillion, PT Len Industri worth IDR 1.75 trillion, and PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Injourney) worth IDR 1.01 trillion.
Meanwhile, PMN Non-Cash sourced from the 2023 State Budget was allocated to Airnav Indonesia in the form of State Property (BMN) worth IDR 892 billion, PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry in the form of BMN worth IDR 388.56 billion, and PT Brantas Abipraya in the form of BMN worth IDR 211.98 billion.
Then, PT Sejahtera Eka Graha received the form of BMN worth IDR 1.22 trillion, and PT Pertamina in the form of BMN worth IDR 49.94 billion.

In addition, there is a Non-Cash PMN in the form of a conversion of receivables allocated to PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (RNI) worth IDR 2.56 trillion, and PT Len Industri in the form of a conversion of receivables worth IDR 456.25 billion.
Meanwhile, the government did not implement PMN Cash from the 2023 State Budget to PT PLN (Persero) worth IDR 10 trillion and PT Bina Karya worth IDR 500 billion, because there would still be a review and evaluation and urgency of the two PMNs.
On this occasion, Sri Mulyani hopes that the various PMNs can be completed before December 31, 2023, and later can strengthen SOEs, especially those carrying out national development tasks.
