PHR Reveals The Important Role Of Pertiwi Ambassadors In Supporting MNK Projects In The Rokan Block
JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) revealed the important role of two Pertamina women in supporting the non-conventional oil and gas (MNK) project in the Rokan Block, Riau.
PHR Corporate Secretary Rudi Ariffianto said that the value of AKHLAK and its diversity and inclusion values (diversity and inclusion) became the basis for PHR operations.
"Everyone has an important role in providing energy for the country, including students (as Pertamina women workers). This is where PHR proves that our company not only respects diversity but actually includes women so that they can play a role together in achieving operational goals," said Rudi in a statement received in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, September 17.
Rudi expressed his appreciation and hoped that the Rokan WK students would always contribute positively to the Gulamo project, Rokan Block.
"We have to do our best to build an environment where Pertamina officers and women from various backgrounds not only feel they are part of this company but also feel they have a valuable role in shaping the future of the oil and gas industry," said Rudi.
Meanwhile, the two Pertamina students were Hapsari Wahyu Kusumaningsih and Ajeng Restu Fairuz, respectively.
Meanwhile, Ajeng served as the Drilling Site Representative (DSR) which coordinates the drilling process in the MNK Gulamo area.
PHR WK Rokan said that on Friday (15/9), the two of them also accompanied and prepared a visit from the Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of PT Pertamina (Persero) Alfian Nasution and his entourage.
Hapsari said that women also contributed positively to securing national energy. He played an important role in acquiring data that became a reference in the process of searching for the non-conventional oil and gas source.
"Of course this is a matter of pride for all of us that a woman can play an important role in this project. Everyone has the same portion, and of course with collaboration between teams for the success of MNK Gulamo," said the alumni of Geophysics Engineering at Gadjah Mada University (UGM).
"We have carried out this role since the preparation phase and finalized it in more than a year. Then the plan was realized until yesterday's tax process, meaning there is considerable hope from MNK Gulamo," Hapsari added.
Meanwhile, Ajeng Restu Fairuz is the only woman who leads the drilling process or non-work over work service at the Rokan WK.
"Indeed, the majority of workers in the drilling world are male but we complement each other. I am happy, PHR provides great opportunities for women in the oil and gas world, even for operational technical matters like I do today," said the alumni of the Engineering Engineering Institute of Bandung Technology (ITB).

He is also committed to continuing to try to provide the best role and contribution for the nation, through the oil and gas operation.
"Of course, by giving the best, working in more detail, planned and regular. I am a DSR, accommodating drilling operations every day safely, smoothly and efficiently at MNK Gulamo," he said.
PHR WK Rokan explained that the main difference between conventional oil and gas exploration and MNK lies in the location of oil in the earth layer. Conventional oil and gas is more easily visible because it is not too deep from the surface. Meanwhile, MNK is in a deeper layer.
In contrast to conventional oil and gas, MNK is a hydrocarbon trapped in parent rock (shale oil/gas wholesale) where hydrocarbons or rock plastic reservoirs are smooth grained with low permeability (rock capability to pass particles), which is only economically valuable when produced through horizontal drilling with multi-stage hydrant stimulation techniques.
