Teenager Who Was Strangled Then Trampled On His Neck In Jagakarsa Allegedly Fighting Woman Incaran Perpetrator
JAKARTA The act of persecution that took place in Lenteng Agung, Jagakarsa is known to have originated from a love affair. A woman is said to be a fight between the perpetrator and the victim. And the news was confirmed by the Head of RW 03 Lenteng Agung Village, Haswin Anwar.
"According to their confession (the perpetrator and the victim) when I asked, the commotion was caused by romance," Harwin told reporters, Sunday, August 20.
However, he was reluctant to explain further the identity of the woman who sparked the commotion.
The victim of the persecution with the initials D (16), strangled, was trampled on by the perpetrator with the initials F (14). Haswin confirmed that the victim experienced several acts of violence as depicted in CCTV footage, Saturday, August 19, at around 16.30 WIB.
"The victim's mother said the child was trampled on, then strangled by the alleged perpetrator. That's why the victim's parents did not accept this incident," he said.
Previously, CCTV footage circulated containing video of F's persecution of D. The 40-second video shows a teenager being abused in an alley.

Arriving in front of the house of one of the residents, the alleged perpetrator stopped the vehicle. F, who has a large height, then approached the victim who was parking his motorbike.
Without further ado, the alleged perpetrator wearing a black T-shirt immediately strangled the victim. D who wore a green T-shirt was then slammed to the ground until it fell.
