Bring 2 Witnesses For Examination, Razman Nasution Says Iqlima's Information Can Drag Hotman Paris
JAKARTA - Lawyer Razman Nasution took two witnesses to the Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, July 31, to strengthen the report against Iqlima Kim on alleged false information.
Rahmad Riadi as the attorney for a witness named Ade Suryani said that his client testified before investigators for one hour by answering 20 questions asked.
"Earlier, what was conveyed or asked by investigators was about 20 questions," said Rahmad Riadi to the media crew at Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, July 31.
For the examination of witnesses that took place today, Razman mentioned the possibility that Hotman Paris was caught in a legal case. Razman stated that Iqlima and Hotman were suspected of having played with the law.
"Later, from Iqlima's statement, it could ensnare Hotman Paris. That these two people should be suspected of playing with the law. And you need to know, my experts have examined 3 people at the National Police Headquarters," said Razman.
Returning to the examination of witness Ade Suryani, Rahmad said that the question for his client was still focused on revealing the main point of the case, namely allegations of false information by Iqlima Kim for Razman.
"The question leads to the act of Iqlima, which on April 25, 2022 he has given us a power of attorney," said Rahmad Riadi.

The lawyer said that Iqlima's statement when he was confronted at the National Police Headquarters a few months ago was a false statement made by Hotman Paris' former personal assistant.
"However, on March 7, 2023, when a confrontation was held at the National Police Headquarters, he stated firmly that he had never given a power of attorney to the RAN Law Firm, that this was what we suspected was the false information given by Iqlima," said Rahmad Riadi.
"So, earlier Ade Suryani's mother gave a firm statement that Iqlima in front of Ade's mother on April 25 gave a power of attorney, signed a power of attorney. This point was explained earlier by Mrs. Ade," he concluded.
