Non-physical and other non-verbal bullyings such as acts of isolation, neglecting, sending canned letters, providing guard duties beyond reasonable limits, requesting financing for culinary, extracurricular, or other expenses beyond the stipulated education costs.
Complaints through the website contained a number of columns of contents, including the status of the reporter, the name of the victim, the NIK of the victim (optional), the name of the perpetrator, the frequency of the incident, the name of the scene, the description of the incident, attaching evidence of the incident (optional), contactable numbers and emails.
"The complaint number and website were received directly by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Health to be followed up," he said.

Budi said the victim's courage to complete the report with a full name and NIK could speed up the case tracing process. Meanwhile, the anonymous option has a longer duration of case tracing.
The website also contains a list of information about bullying that can provide knowledge for the users of the page.
Budi guarantees that all information gathered through the complaint feature will be kept confidential at the Inspectorate General of the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
Regarding sanctions, said Budi, it is divided into a number of levels ranging from written warnings, suspensions, to being expelled from educational institutions.
"All sanctions are light, trial, to severe to the Medical Ethics Honorary Council (MKEK), the Honorary Council for Indonesian Medical Discipline (MKDKI) and its collegium," he said.
