Teguh Aprianto said that the data sample appeared to be valid with the timestamp between 2009 and 2020. Teguh suspects that the mastermind behind the leak is the famous hacker Bjorka. He said that Bjorka, who appeared this time, may still be the same as Bjorka, who leaked the data in 2022.

Usman Kansong, Director General of Information and Public Communication (Dirjen IKP) of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, said that the data that was spread and allegedly leaked was different from that of the government.
Usman Kansong revealed that there are differences in the data structure between those in the National Data Center and those that are scattered. However, the Ministry of Communication and Information in collaboration with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) and the Directorate General of Immigration at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights are still investigating the case. Until now, the disturbing hacker figure is still unknown.
