The Commander-in-Chief Of The Australian Armed Forces Is Impressed By The Sophistication Of The TNI's Alutsista Production Of PT Pindad
JAKARTA - Commander of the Australian Armed Forces (Australian Chief of Defense Force) General Angus J. Campbell, AO, DSC, was impressed by the sophistication of the TNI's Main Armed Forces Equipment (Alutsista) produced by PT. Army Industry ( Pindad ), Bandung. Wednesday 5 July.
General Angus Campbell and TNI Admiral Yudo Margono visited PT. Pindad (Persero) in a series of sessions of The 11th Australia-Indonesia High Level Committee (AUSINDO HLC) which took place in Bandung.
On this occasion, the Commander of the Australian Armed Forces and the TNI Commander and his entourage were received directly by the President Director of PT. Pindad, Abraham Mose, at the Auditorium of the Directorate Building.
Abraham Mose explained that Pindad succeeded in producing special weapons and vehicles equipped with ammunition to support the TNI. Pindad also has competence in the development of industrial products and services such as heavy equipment, equipment, and mining services.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Australian Armed Forces and the TNI Commander continued their visit by visiting several production facilities using Maung vehicles, namely the 4x4 modular light combat tactical vehicle produced by PT. Pindad.
