Worried About Verrell Bramasta's Political Career, Venna Melinda Doesn't Stop Giving Advice
JAKARTA - Already more understanding of the political dynamics when he was directly involved in becoming a politician, Venna Melinda did not deny that she had concerns about her first child who had just entered politics, Verrell Bramasta.
"Indeed, we have to be able to pray a lot, as a mother. Usually the higher there are all kinds of things," said Venna Melinda to the media crew in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Sunday, June 25.
He admitted that he had advised his son to pay more attention to his body health.
Not only about body health, Venna also often reminds Verrell not to rule out worship. In fact, he even invited his son to perform the pilgrimage in the near future.
"Maybe, in politics there are many prayers, prayers and alms. His intention is to the community, God willing, everything will run smoothly," said Venna.
Venna also always asks Verrell to continue learning every day. For that matter, Verrell was asked to learn a lot from his seniors who are already more experienced in politics.
In politics we have to pray a lot, pray and learn a lot from seniors. Because (politicals are) collective, more flexible. I believe Verrell can develop again in politics as long as he wants to learn," he said.
However, Venna said she was happy with what Verrell had done so far. Despite deciding to do politics, Natasha Wilona's ex-lover can still balance other jobs in the business and entertainment world.
"(I am happy) politics, business and entertainment can run," concluded Venna Melinda.
