Babel Bawaslu Asks The Ministry Of Villages To Take Action On Alleged TPP Campaign Muhaimin Iskandar And PKB
PANGKALPINANG - The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of the Bangka Belitung Islands asked the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration to follow up on alleged violations committed by Professional Assistance Personnel (TPP) campaigning for Muhaimin Iskandar and the National Awakening Party.
"Bawaslu Babel has sent a warning letter to this person as well as sent a recommendation to the Kemendes PDTT regarding this alleged violation," said Bawaslu Chairman Bangka Belitung EM Osykar in Pangkalpinang as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, May 11.
Osykar explained, as a result of tracing the initial information and clarifying in the field of witnesses, it was found that there were allegations of violations of the laws and regulations.
The TPP member is the coordinator who ordered Village Assistance Personnel (TPD) to conduct a campaign to support PKB and Muhaimin Iskandar as president in the 2024 General Election.
"The person also asked TPD to recruit ten PKB volunteers from the village. Based on the testimony of witnesses, it is true that not only Muhaimin Iskandar, but also PKB," said Osykar.
The Babel Bawaslu has also pocketed all the evidence and conducted a study and has even coordinated with the Ministry of Villages to immediately follow up on these individuals.

"The full evidence is with us as well as the recording and confession of the witnesses as well as the person who was complained about. Therefore, we ask for firmness from the Kemendes PDTT and we will guard this mandate," he said.
He emphasized that TPP should not carry out practical politics, because in the Decree of the Minister of Village Number 143 of 2022 Chapter III F Number 3, in carrying out its duties and functions there are several prohibitions that cannot be carried out by TPP.
