Hotelberapa Labuan Bajo Jadi Lokasi Welcome Dinner Kepala Negara ASEAN

LABUAN BAJO - HotelPLICA di Labuan Bajo, Manggarai Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) menjadi lokasi pemada malam pembukaan (welcoming dinner) dan retreat session bagi para kepala negara ASEAN dalam Konferensi Tinggi ke-42 ASEAN/ASEANSummit pada 10 Mei.

"In addition to being a place to stay, thePLisa Hotel is a place for thewelcoming dinner," said Secretary of the Directorate General of Information and Public Communication of the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) Sumiati as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, May 2.

The welcoming home will be attended by ASEAN heads of state and delegation guests, after a meeting at the Meruorah Labuan Bajo Hotel.

Around 300 guests of the delegation will enjoy the special Indonesian menu (Nusantara food) at the venue which is temporarily prepared with the background of the hotel.

A total of 26 national and local media journalists were involved in the ASEAN 42nd ASEAN Summit Preparation Journalistic Visit of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics in Labuan Bajo.

During a visit to the Labuan Bajo Hotel, the journalists were accepted by Hadi as the person in charge of the welcoming dinner.

Hadi explained about the distribution of routes that must be passed by the heads of state and invited guests at the dinner event later.

Heads of state will later pass a route that has been stretched by the red carpet to the second floor from the 11th floor of the hotel. Meanwhile, foreign ministers and other invited guests will turn right using separate elevators from the heads of state who attend.

The dinner took place on the second floor of the Labuan Bajo Hotel which was near the swimming pool, right on the beach. Later there will be a stage that will be built from above the sea for dance and art performances for the guests present.
