After The Earthquake, The Permanent Residential Development I And II In Cianjur Has Been Completed
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General of Housing has completed the construction of Phase I and II Permanent Housing (Huntap) after the disaster of the Cianjur earthquake.
The construction of the Phase I Huntap located in Cilaku District is 200 units, while Phase II Huntap in Mande District is 151 units.
The Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, said that currently the huntap with earthquake-resistant housing technology called a healthy simple instant house (RISHA) has been completed. The 200-unit Phase I Huntap in Cilaku District was completed in March 2023 and has been occupied.
"On April 18, 2023, as many as 151 Phase II Huntap units built in Mande District, Cianjur Regency, have also been completed," said Iwan in a press release, Friday, April 28.
Phase I Huntap was built on an area of 2.4 Ha and Phase II covering an area of 1.9 Ha. The entire Huntap has been equipped with adequate infrastructure, facilities and utilities (PSU), thus providing comfort and convenience for the beneficiary community.
"Pada Huntap Phase II, jalan lingkungan serta saluran air juga sudah selesai dibangun. Sedangkan, untuk prasarana dan sarana umum seperti masjid dan hall warga masih dalam pembangunan," ucap Iwan
The Huntap Phases I and II were built with type 36 m2 above the plot covering an area of 75 m2. The interior consists of a family room, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. The building specifications use the RISHA earthquake-resistant house structure, light brick walls, and aci plaster.

Then, the roof frame of the building uses light steel and a gellalum roof covering. Meanwhile, the floor uses 60x60 ceramics with doors and windows made from UPVC, as well as a gypsum ceiling.
Not only that, the Huntap is also equipped with 900 watts of electricity network, PDAM clean water pipeline network, concrete-corred neighborhood roads, drainage, residents' halls, and landscapes. The construction of Huntap Phases I and II is carried out by the implementing contractor PT Brantas Abipraya and Construction Management of PT Indah Karya.
"We hope that this Huntap, after we submit it to the Cianjur Regency Government, can be immediately occupied by people who are listed as recipients of residential relocation assistance," concluded Iwan.
