The Company Is Asked By The Lampung Manpower Office To Pay THR For Workers On Time And Without Installments
JAKARTA - The Lampung Province Manpower Office (Disnaker) appealed to companies in the area to pay holiday allowances (THR) for workers in full without installments.
"According to a circular from the Ministry of Manpower, which will be forwarded to the area where THR is given at least seven days before Eid Al-Fitr 2023," said Head of the Lampung Provincial Manpower Office Agus Nompitu, in Bandarlampung, quoted from ANTARA, Friday, April 7.
Therefore, he said the company was asked to immediately prepare the THR for workers from an early age, so that they could be given on time.
He explained that to facilitate workers in their area to express problems related to employment and the provision of THR, his party will open a complaint post.
"Later we will provide a complaint post for workers, so they can report and will be followed up immediately like last year, there are those who report and are immediately assisted in communicating to employers so that problems are resolved," he said.
He continued that the complaint post will start on D-7 or seven days before Eid al-Fitr until after the implementation of Eid al-Fitr.
He hopes that companies and employers can comply with all regulations that have been implemented by the government to provide holiday allowances to workers.
"It is hoped that cooperation from companies and employers will implement related regulations. And regarding the implementation of the provincial minimum wage (UMP), all employers receive this determination so that it can be assumed that all companies apply payments according to the UMP," he said.
According to him, if there are still companies or employers who violate the rules for giving wages to workers according to the figures set through the UMP, then workers can immediately report this.
"Please workforce to report to us, if you find a work violation that is detrimental to workers. Because time has been made to receive complaints and complaints from workers in Lampung," he said again.
