Sri Mulyani Sets THR Disbursement For ASN Starting April 4

Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani officially announced that the granting of holiday allowances (THR) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN), TNI, and Polri will be distributed starting April 4.

He conveyed this information when holding a press conference with the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Azwar Anas today.

"The THR disbursement starts on D-10 Eid al-Fitr," he said on Wednesday, March 29.

Meanwhile, the announcement of the granting of this holiday allowance coincides with the stipulation of the 13th salary payment for ASN.

Furthermore, the Minister of Finance stated that the THR and the 13th year salaries were paid based on the amount of the basic salary/main pension with attached allowances (family allowances, positions, food).

"As well as a performance allowance of 50 percent," he said.

The Minister of Finance realized that the amount of THR and 13th salary had not returned to normal levels before the COVID-19 pandemic.

"The handling of the pandemic is under control but the economy is still full of uncertain challenges," he said.

The state treasurer detailed that this year the THR recipients consisted of 1.8 million central-level ASN, state officials, TNI/Polri. Then, as many as 3.7 million regional ASN, and 2.9 million retirees.

Eid al-Fitr is a momentum for the growth of public consumption, and the provision of THR can accelerate economic recovery, said Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani.
