Trese, The First Animation Made By BASE Entertainment
JAKARTA - Tuesday, October 27, Netflix announced a number of anime that will be released. Among these names, there is a title made by an Indonesian production house, Base Entertainment.
Launching DEADLINE on Wednesday, Trese was adapted from a graphic novel made in the Philippines with the same title by Budjette Tan and KaJO Baldisimo.
Trese tells of a woman named Alexandra Trese who is a supernatural detective. He will fight against supernatural beings who live in an underground criminal world.
Trese's story takes place in Manila where there is a myth that many Filipinos live hiding among humans.

Meanwhile, Jay Olivia is the executive producer of Trese, while Shanty Harmayn and Tanya Yuson are the producers.
BASE Entertainment is a production house that has worked on several films such as Blessed Land Women, Guru-Gokil, Bebas, and Kulari Ke Pantai.
Trese will be a part of the Netflix Anime Festival 2020. Besides Trese, there are Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, The Way of the Househusband, Eden, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, Vampire in the Garden, and Yasuke.
In addition there are Godzilla: Singular Point, Pacific Rim: The Black, B: The Beginning Success, Baki Hanma, and Spriggan.
Trese and other titles will be available to the public starting 2021.
