36th Mitra10 Outlet Inaugurated, Located In Bekasi

JAKARTA - PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk inaugurated the 36th Mitra10 outlet which is located in Jatimakmur, Bekasi. This Building Materials and Home Improvement Superstore is the second outlet the company has inaugurated this year (2020). Previously, in April 2020, the company opened its 35th Mitra10 in Lombok, NTB.

The issuer with the CSAP stock code is a distribution company for building materials, chemicals and consumer goods. The company is the owner of the Mitra10 and Atria retail outlets.

CSAP Corporate Secretary, Idrus H. Widjajakusuma said, Mitra10 Jatimakmur occupies an area of 5,800 square meters (m2) with a sales area of 3,000 m2, a warehouse area of 1,700 m2 and employs 74 employees.

"This superstore offers Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of 25,000 items, of which more than 80 percent are domestically made products and Mitra10's mainstay private brand products, such as Zehn, Tidy, Sincere, Durafloor, and Fiorano," said Idrus. in a virtual press conference, Thursday 22 October.

The election in the Jabodetabek area cannot be separated from the growth of residential areas in the region. Moreover, Mitra10 is targeting homeowners who intend to renovate or build a place to live, be it a site house or an apartment.

Idrus explained, the strategy to expand the network by adding / opening new outlets was carried out to boost the company's performance in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, in which CSAP will focus on private brands to increase profitability, besides that the company also strengthens the cost management strategy.

"The company will continue its investment strategy by taking into account the developing situation and conditions. By the end of 2020 we plan to add two new outlets in East Java and Kalimantan. So that by the end of 2020 we already have 38 Mitra10 outlets from the planned 50 outlets in 2022," "he said.
