City Inner Toll Rates Rise Starting September 22, Check The Details

JAKARTA - The In-City Toll Tariff or the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit & Cawang-Tanjung Priok-East Ancol Toll Road-Tiga Bridge/Pluit will rise starting Sunday, September 22.

Senior General Manager of Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMT) Widiyatmiko Nursejati said the increase in the City Toll Rate was carried out after the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit toll road was declared feasible and had met all the Minimum Service Standard (SPM) criteria required by the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

This was marked by the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of PUPR Number 2130/KPTS/M/2024 concerning Adjustment of Toll Tariffs on the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit Toll Road and Cawang-Tanjung Priok-East Ancol Toll Road-Tiga Bridge/Pluit Year 2024.

"Persuing tariffs on the Inner City Toll Road, namely the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit section managed by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) and Cawang-Tanjung Priok-East Anok-Jembatan Tiga/Pluit which is managed by PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP) will take effect on September 22, 2024, at 00.00 WIB," said Widiyatmiko in a written statement, Friday, September 20.

So, what is the In-City Toll Rate that will take effect from Sunday, September 22, 2024?

Referring to the Decree of the Minister of PUPR No. 2130/KPTS/M/2024, the amount of tariff adjustments that will be applied to the Cawang-Tomang-Pluit toll road is IDR 500 from the previous tariff of IDR 10,500 to IDR 11,000 for class I vehicles.

Meanwhile, class II & III vehicles experienced an adjustment of Rp1,000 and class IV & V vehicles experienced an adjustment of Rp. 1,500 from the previous tariff.

Here are the details of the In-City Toll Rate starting Sunday, September 22, 2024:

Class I Vehicle Tariffs: IDR 11,000 from the original IDR 10,500

Class II vehicle fares: IDR 16,500 from the original IDR 15,500

Class III vehicle Tariffs: IDR 16,500 from the original IDR 15,500

Class IV vehicle fares: IDR 19,000 from the original IDR 17,500

Class V vehicle fares: IDR 19,000 from the original IDR 17,500

Widiyatmiko explained that the increase in domestic toll rates as of Sunday, September 22, 2024, is regular every two years.

This refers to Law No. 38 of 2004 concerning Roads and PP No. 23 of 2024 Article 83 paragraph 1.

In this article, it is stated that toll tariff adjustments can be made every two years based on the influence of the inflation rate by ensuring the fulfillment of SPM.
