PUPR Invites Domestic Product Vendors Filled With ASN-Hankam Flat Furniture

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) offers furniture producers or vendors to apply for their products to fill the State Civil Apparatus Flats (ASN) and Defense and Security Employees (Hankam) at IKN Nusantara.

The Director General of Housing at the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, said that this opportunity is open, especially for products with a high Domestic Component Level (TKDN).

"We want to invite the participation of all vendors who have appropriate products to be applied here," Iwan told reporters after being met at the 2023 Indonesia Construction event at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Friday, November 3.

In the implementation of the 2023 Indonesia Construction, the interior mockup of the ASN-Hankam flat at IKN covering an area of 98 square meters with a scale of 1:1.

Thus, people who visit the Indonesian Construction Exhibition can see firsthand the picture of one unit of the ASN-Hankam Flat at IKN which will be complete with furniture, even though the design is still not final.

"After this event, I want to keep the opportunity open for vendors at this event or outside this exhibition, we are open," he said.

Furthermore, said Iwan, the scheme has been carried out by a design and build auction for construction service providers, by obtaining approval from the Ministry of PUPR first.

"Actually, this is a design and build auction, later in the process the service provider must have an approval from us. We want the model to be e-catalog, but if someone is not ready for the e-catalog, we will do other procurement with us to draw up the criteria," he added.

Meanwhile, based on data from the Ministry of PUPR, the progress of the construction of ASN Flats at IKN Nusantara as of October 19 reached around 1-2 percent.

Overall, 47 ASN-Hankam flat towers have a total of 2,820 units with a type of 98 square meters for each unit. The construction of flats consists of 31 flats for ASN with a total of 1,860 units.

Then, the Hankam Flats consist of 7 flats for National Police personnel and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and 9 flats for the Presidential Security Forces (Paspampres) with a total of 960 units.

Each tower is 12 floors high, consisting of 1st and 2nd floors which are used for the podium of social facilities (fitness, public space, etc.), while the remaining 10 floors are for housing. Each unit is prepared for three bedrooms.
