Based on OJK data, the development of the literacy and financial inclusion index of the people in Indonesia shows an increase. This is supported by the results of the 2022 National Literacy and Financial Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) which shows a financial literacy index of Indonesian people of 49.68 percent and a financial inclusion index in general of 85.10 percent. This figure increased compared to the results of SNLIK in 2019, namely the financial literacy index of 38.03 percent and the financial inclusion index of 76.19 percent.
On this basis, BCA Life as a Financial Services Business Actors (PUJK) again held a sustainable financial literacy and insurance seminar entitled Buy Coffee or Pursue Dreams? and present a financial expert as a guest speaker.
At this seminar, BCA Life explained the material surrounding financial management based on priority scale, preparation of emergency funds, financial security by recognizing financial instruments, and understanding the importance of having insurance protection as a component in financial planning, as well as an overview of job landscapes in the field of financial services, especially life insurance.
