Starting May 20, 2023, Biskita Trans Pakuan Service Will Be Subjected To A Tariff Of IDR 4,000

JAKARTA - The Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency (BPTJ) of the Ministry of Transportation ensures that Biskita Trans Pakuan services in Bogor City will soon be subject to a paid tariff starting May 20, 2023, amounting to Rp. 4,000.

This certainty was obtained after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Finance with the stipulation of PMK Number 55 of 2023 concerning Types and Tariffs on Types of PNBP which are Volatil in nature of Urban Transportation Services with a Service Purchase Scheme (BTS) at the Ministry of Transportation.

Director of BPTJ Transport, Tatan Rustandi said the amount of this tariff will also continue to be evaluated so that the Biskita Trans Pakuan service can still be a service that is not only safe and comfortable but also affordable for all people.

He added that the Rp4,000 tariff will be charged to passengers one time on Biskita Trans Pakuan.

That way, if on the way passengers need to change corridors or routes, passengers will be charged another tariff.

"Regarding the implementation of integration rates and special tariffs for students/elderly/disabled, we are currently still conducting studies and continuing to coordinate with all relevant stakeholders. We hope that in the future it can be implemented immediately," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, May 17.

Payment Method

Tatan also conveyed that the payment method for Biskita Trans Pakuan still applies cashless payment using a non-cash card as before when it was still free.

Furthermore, Tatan said, passengers simply attach a non-cash card to the tap on bus (ToB) device in the Biskita Trans Pakuan fleet.
