IDX Arrival Of 4 New Issuers, From Multivision To The Era Of Prosperous Media Ends Greening

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has received four new issuers in today's trading. The movement varies until the close of trading Monday, May 8.

The new issuers today are PT King Tire Indonesia Tbk (TYRE), PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH), PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (JATI) and PT Tripar Multivision Tbk (RAAM). The four issuers were respectively issuers 35, 36, 37 and 38 present in 2023.

Here are the movements of the four new issuers:

1. PT King Tire Indonesia Tbk (TYRE)

TYRE is engaged in the Consumer Cyclicals sector with Automobiles & Components sub-sectors. TYRE is engaged in the Auto Components industry and the Tires sub-industry.

TYRE's share offering price is IDR 138.00 per share with 3,478,020,000 shares recorded, so the market capitalization is IDR 479,966,760,000.00. In addition, TYRE's warrant will also be recorded with the code TYRE-W. The exercise price of TYRE-W is worth IDR 150.00.

At the close of today, TYRE shares touched the top auto reject (ARA) up Rp48 or 34.78 percent to Rp186 per share. The lowest level is Rp178 and the highest level is Rp186.

2. PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH)

DOOH is engaged in the Consumer Cyclicals sector with the Media & Entertainment sub-sector. DOOH is engaged in the Media industry and the Advertising sub-industry.

The share offering price of DOOH is IDR 100.00 per share with 7,737,500,000 shares recorded, so the market capitalization is IDR 773,750,000,000.

In addition, DOOH wargan will also be recorded with the DOOH-W code. The exercise price of DOOH-W is worth IDR 135.

DoOH's share price at the close of today rose 5 points or 5% to Rp108. The highest level was at Rp132 and the lowest was Rp93.

3. PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (JATI)

JATI is engaged in the Technology sector with the Software & IT Services sub-sector. JATI is engaged in industry and sub-industry for Online Applications & Services.

JATI's share offering price is IDR 100.00 per share with 3,262,500,000 shares recorded, so the market capitalization is IDR 326,250,000,000.

In addition, JATI's warrant will also be recorded with the code JATI-W. The exercise price from JATI-W is worth IDR 250.

At the close of this afternoon, JATI's share price experienced ARA rising by Rp35 or 35 percent to Rp135. The lowest level is at Rp115 and the highest is at Rp135.

4. PT Tripar Multivision Tbk (RAAM)

RAAM is engaged in the Consumer Cyclicals sector and the Media & Entertainment sub-sector. RAAM is engaged in the media & Entertainment industry and sub-industry.

RAAM's share offering price is valued at IDR 234 per share with a total of 6,194,200,000 shares recorded, so the market capitalization is IDR 1,449,442,800,000.

The share price of this issuer owned by Raam Punjabi touched ARA up to IDR 58 or 24.79 percent to IDR 292. RAAM's shares remain at the level of IDR 292.
