Knock! Sri Mulyani Set 45 People To Pass Selection I Candidate For OJK Commissioner

The committee for the election of candidates for members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2023 '2028 period determined that as many as 45 people had successfully passed the first phase of selection or administrative selection.

The announcement was officially reported today by the committee chaired by the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani.

"The selection committee's decision is final, binding, and cannot be contested," Sri Mulyani said in a written statement, Thursday, April 27.

It was stated that all candidates who passed would take part in the phase II selection, namely an input assessment from the public, track record, and paper.

In this further process, the public is asked to participate in providing input and/or information regarding integrity, track record, and/or behavior of candidates for members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority who passed the phase I selection.

The submission of the information in question is addressed to the selection email @kemenkeu.go.id or via a letter sent to the Selection Committee with the address of the Soegito Sastromidjojo Room, Djuanda I Building on the G floor, Jl. Dr. Wahidin Raya No.1, Central Jakarta 10710 to 15 May 2023.

"The selection committee guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the community as well as the input and/or information provided. The selection committee does not correspondence the input and/or information received," said Sri Mulyani.

Of the 45 people who managed to pass the selection I, it was recorded that only four people came from women. The contested positions consist of two positions.

First, the Chief Executive of Financing Institutions, Ventura Capital Companies, Micro Financial Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions concurrently Member of the Board of Commissioners.

Second, the Chief Executive of the Financial Sector Technology Innovation Supervision, Digital Financial Assets and Crypto Assets concurrently with members of the Board of Commissioners.

The following are 45 names entitled to take part in the phase II selection.
