Backflow, Pertamina Boss Asks The Public To Use Non-Cash Payments When Filling Fuel

JAKARTA - Entering the return flow period of Lebaran 2023, the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati appealed to all people who want to buy fuel, to use the non-cash payment method to speed up queues at gas stations.

"We urge people to use cashless payments for purchasing fuel, so that transactions are faster and safer, and there are no queues at gas stations," said Nicke, quoted on Wednesday, April 26.

VP Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero) Fadjar Djoko Santoso added that the non-cash payment can also be made through the Mypertamina application, where there are a number of interesting promos that can be obtained by the public.

In addition, in their efforts to serve the needs of travelers, for people who run out of fuel when they experience traffic jams, they can use the Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) service by contacting the Pertamina 135 call center. Motorist will then go to the location with fuel.

"Motorists will arrive approximately 10-15 minutes with security forces escorting. Even on toll roads, motorists have received permission to deliver. We have done this since the last few years and this year there are 402 motorists, almost double the previous year," said Fadjar.

He continued, Pertamina is committed to providing the best service for the community, especially during the 2023 Ramadan Eid Al-Fitr Task Force. The public is advised not to worry about fuel supply because we make sure it is safe.

"Pertamina also appealed to people who experience problems related to fuel and LPG to contact call center 135 to get more information," he concluded.
