Ministry Of Finance Sentences 47 Employees, Rafael Square And Viral Customs And Excise Persons

Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani gave an explanation regarding the examination process for 69 employees that had been carried out some time ago.

According to him, of these, 47 employees have been summoned and have been sanctioned. Then five of them did not come to fulfill the examination agenda on the grounds of illness.

"Recommendations (inspection) are the imposition of disciplinary penalties (including the dismissal of ASN), including Rafael Trisambodo Square and two employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise that went viral," he said when facing Commission XI of the DPR at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta on Monday, March 27.

The Minister of Finance revealed that the examination material initiated by the Inspectorate General (Itjen) was about the ownership status of assets and their sources and the inherent tax obligations.

"All clarifications are carried out in a marathon," he said.

As previously reported by VOI, the Inspector General (Irjen) of the Ministry of Finance, Awan Nurmawan Nuh, stated that most of the 69 employees examined were from the Directorate General of Taxes and Customs and Excise. He said that a number of these individuals had red report cards in terms of upholding work integrity

Awan explained that the examination of the person concerned was based on data from the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) for the period 2020 and 2021.

"For employees whose profile is red, the Inspectorate General formed a crash program. We call these employees," he said some time ago.
