Playing 10 Players, Liverpool Detained Fulham 2-2 At Anfield

JAKARTA - Fulham managed to hold Liverpool to a 2-2 draw in a full drama match at Anfield, Saturday, December 14. After appearing ahead, the visitors had to share points after Liverpool got up despite playing with 10 players.

This match started quickly, where Fulham took the lead through Andreas Pereira's goal in the 11th minute. The goal came after Antonee Robinson's cross was struck by Pereira who volleyed beautifully from close range, beating Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

With time going on, Liverpool are trying hard to catch up. In the 86th minute, Darwin Nunez provided assists to Diogo Jota who brilliantly converted the bait into a equalizer goal. After the match got even more intense, the two teams tried to score a victory, but the 2-2 score lasted until the long whistle sounded.

This draw left Liverpool in a better position in the standings, but they failed to take the chance to take full three points after falling behind and playing with 10 players.
