Love Indonesia, Mary Jane Sings The Great Indonesia Song Before Returning To The Philippines

TANGERANG - A Filipino citizen who was sentenced to death in a narcotics case, Mary Jane Veloso, proved her love for Indonesia. This is evidenced by singing the song Indonesia Raya at Terminal 2 F of Soekarno Hatta Airport, Tangerang City, Tuesday, December 17.

Initially, Mary Jane expressed her gratitude to all parties. She shared her life for 15 years in Indonesia.

Then, he expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto and Philippine President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos.

After that, he sang the song Indonesia Raya. The media crew and officers who witnessed the moment immediately applauded.

Leaving Indonesia, Mary admitted that she was very happy and sad. Because, while in Indonesia, the people around her were considered as families, even though at that time she was serving her sentence.

"I am happy, very happy today, but honestly there is sadness because Indonesia has become my second family," he said.

"But I have to go home, because I have a family there waiting, my children are waiting. 'Myokoke is strong' (Central Java's typical dialogue)," he said.

Mary said that upon arrival in the Philippines she would celebrate Christmas with her family. That's what she will do, because for 15 years Mary Jane did not meet her family.

"And I want to celebrate Christmas there with my family. So thank you very much," he said.
