The 2024 Christmas National Committee distributed hundreds of aid packages for disaster survivors in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, which were centered by the Plantation Sports Building (GOR), Bantargadung District.
"The distribution of this assistance is a form of our concern over the disaster that occurred in Sukabumi Regency. We hope that this assistance can provide happiness and relieve the suffering of residents affected by the disaster," said the Chief Executive of Social Service Luky Agung Yusgiantoro in Sukabumi, Sunday.
According to him, the distribution of aid as well as social service has been since Saturday (14/12). In its implementation, the Ministry of Social Affairs is the coordinator in the distribution of the aid which aims to help ease the burden of landslide survivors in Sukabumi Regency.
The assistance distributed was 150 packages of basic necessities, 25 cartons of bottled drinking water (AMDK), 160 packages of rice for the distribution of public kitchens, 300 packages of children's education toys, 300 packages of children's nutrition, six disability aids, and 30 packages of nutrition for volunteers.
