"The perpetrator immediately took the victim to a rather quiet place, and together with his friends immediately carried out the persecution. After that the victim was taken to the street, dragged and then one of the perpetrators ran over the victim's head," said Iwan.

The motive for the perpetrators of the abuse of the victim was due to romance or jealousy. "Until now, the results of our investigation show that the motive for the incident is known from jealousy," he said.
