SUKABUMI - A 19-year-old youth with a body filled with tattoos, identification as a DMJ, has been arrested by Citamiang Police, Sukabumi City Resort, on charges of mistreatment and beating a underage girl. According to information from the Head of Citamiang Police, Iptu Iwan Hendi Sutisna, the beating of the victim, identified as P (15), a resident of Warudoyong District, Sukabumi City, was carried out by DMJ and seven of his colleagues.
