In addition to examining HW as a suspect, investigators from the Southeast Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office have also examined other parties from PT A including the former President Director of PT A with the initials DA as the person who signed the operational cooperation (KSO) for the sale of nickel ore.
Most recently, the Southeast Sulawesi Prosecutor's Office has arrested another suspect, namely the President Director of PT LAM with the initials OS. The suspect OS was arrested by the Southeast Sulawesi Prosecutor's Investigation Team assisted by the DKI Prosecutor's Office Team and the West Jakarta Kejari at the Lawu Taman Sari Building, West Jakarta, on Wednesday at around 17.00 WIB.
After being arrested, the suspect OS was immediately taken to the Attorney General's Office for examination. The suspect will then be detained at the Salemba Rutan, Attorney General's Branch.
"In the near future it will be taken to the Kendari Detention Center for further investigation," explained Ade.
