Head of the Intelligence Section of the Simeulue Kejari, Suheri Wira Fernanda, said that the settlement of the case with the suspect was a foreign national with restorative justice after the Attorney General's Office approved it.

The foreign tourist is suspected of violating Article 351 Paragraph (2) of the 1st Criminal Code. The suspect has been detained by the public prosecutor and has been entrusted to the Sinabang Class III Penitentiary since Friday (26/5).
"With the completion of the case in a restorative justice manner, the suspect will be released immediately. Today's plan is for the suspect to be released and the case will no longer be brought to court," said Suheri Wira Fernanda.
