JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto handed over a land management rights certificate (HPL) at the construction site of the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) sea embankment for the Cilincing and Kalibaru Villages, Jakarta.
Hadi said that apart from land problems, there are still many other problems that must be resolved in the DKI Jakarta area, such as waste problems, floods and congestion.
"The HPL certificate for flood-retaining embankments is an effort that we can do to avoid flooding," Hadi said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, May 19.
Hadi hopes that the HPL certificate for embankment retainers can increase economic added value both in terms of land registration and rights, as well as other land services.
"We hope that the handover of the flood-retaining embankment certificate will make Jakarta more advanced," said Hadi.
