Visit Manado, Ganjar Santap Manado Porridge To Sambal Roa Cooking Pisang

MANADO (candidate for president) PDI-P Ganjar Pranowo held an activity in Manado City, North Sulawesi, Thursday morning, May 18.

Wearing an oblong T-shirt that reads "Red Me", Ganjar, who is accompanied by a number of regents/mayors of North Sulawesi, ran in the Manado City business area.

After the morning exercise, Ganjar stopped by the local Manado shop for breakfast. Several menus caught Ganjar's attention, and he immediately tasted it.

Among them are Manado Porridge, Minahasa Dodol, and Sambal Roa Goreng Pisang. Ganjar enjoyed the three typical menus of North Sulawesi.

"The most special thing and we are waiting for Manado to go to Manado. Manado Holidays have a lot of vegetables. And this is food from North Minahasa, it's called Dodol Minahasa. Unique, because it is wrapped in palm leaves," he said.

Ganjar also commented on the appearance of the Sambal Roa Goreng Pisang. At first glance it looks like ordinary fried bananas, but that's unique, because it's mixed in Sambal Fish Roa.

"A little like regular fried bananas. But this friend ate uniquely,cocol wore Sambal Roa. It tasted sweet, salty and suddenly spicy. It was very delicious," he said.

Ganjar will be in Manado all day long during the holiday of the Ascension of Jesus Christ.

In Manado, Ganjar will carry out a number of activities, including consolidation of the three pillars of PDIP, gathering with religious leaders, and attending other activities.
