Supreme Court Decides To Cancel Bankruptcy, KSP Intidana Asked To Immediately Pay Curator Fee Of IDR 16 Billion

Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperatives (KSP) was billed to immediately pay a curator fee whose value reached Rp. 16 billion even though the Supreme Court (MA) decided that the cooperative was canceled. Semarang City District Court, summoned the Intidana KSP management to get an arrangement or a warning against the execution of the KSP Intidana curator's application.PN spokesman Semarang Aris Bawono Langgeng confirmed the summons to KSP Intidana as the respondent to the chairman of the Semarang District Court. "Between the applicant and the respondent have been met and led by the Chairman of the District Court, but an agreement has not been reached," he said. According to him, the meeting will be held again on May 11, 2023 to discuss the same request. After the delivery of the warning, KSP General Chairperson Intidana Darius Limantara expressed his objection to paying the curator fee. According to him, there are several things that are considered not in accordance with the actual facts. He explained that Anastasius Wahyu Priyo Utomo and his friends only worked for the period of August to October 2023. At that time, he continued, the new curator only limited to securing the Boedel bankruptcy KSP Intidana. "While the review at the Supreme Court decided to cancel the bankruptcy," he said.

In addition, he continued, there were a number of Intidana accounts that were blocked and transferred to the curator's account which had not yet been returned. Through his attorney, KSP Intidana has submitted an objection to the determination of the execution to the Semarang District Court Chair.
