Dua Lipa's Expression About Radical Optimism Who Was Not Nominated For The 67th Grammy Nomination

JAKARTA - The public was surprised when the list of nominations for the 67th Grammy was announced. Dua Lipa's latest album, Radical Optimism, did not appear in any of the award categories.

This sparked controversy among fans who felt that this album deserved more appreciation. And after being silent all this time, Dua Lipa finally opened her voice.

The Albanian singer expressed his feelings after his album was not in the spotlight he should have received. Two opened up by showing pride for their third album.

"I am very proud of Radical Optimism and what I have achieved," he said in an interview with Billboard UK, December 16.

"I love the album and I really enjoyed the time I performed it live, and I was able to do the things I thought I could only dream of this year, so I'm so grateful."

Dua Lipa implies that the album actually deserves to be nominated. But she also supports other female artists who have won their place there.

"Although it would be nice to be recognized by your industry, especially as a woman, I am very proud to see so many amazing female artists nominated at this year's Grammys," she said.

Several close friends of Dua Lipa received spots through their works, namely Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Rosan to Billie Eilish. Two are also happy that the great artists can represent the power of women.

Meanwhile, the 67th Grammy will be held on February 2 next year. The event took place at the Los Angeles Crypto Arena, United States.
