JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk. (PGE) has held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). Shareholders approved the use of a net profit for dividends of 100 million US dollars or Rp. 1.5 trillion (assuming an exchange rate per dollar of Rp. 14,870).

At the AGMS which was held on Monday, June 5 yesterday, PGEO's shareholders agreed to a retained profit of 27.32 million US dollars.

The total dividend includes an interim dividend of 70 million US dollars which has been paid on January 27, 2023 and an additional dividend of 30 million US dollars which will be given to shareholders according to their share of ownership on the date of recording.
