JAKARTA - According to a copy of Government Regulation (PP) Number 23 of 2023 concerning the Kura Kura Bali SEZ as reported by the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) of the Ministry of State Secretariat, Jakarta, Saturday, President Jokowi established the Kura Kura Bali Special Economic Zone (KEK) to support tourism business activities and the creative industry.

"The National Council for Special Economic Zones evaluates the completion of development and operational readiness of the Kura Kura Special Economic Zone Bali by business entities," wrote the PP, quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, April 8.
The PP was set for April 5, 2023 and promulgated on the same date.
