Analysts Value The Establishment Of The Nataru Task Force Pertamina's Efforts To Provide The Best Service

JAKARTA - Public policy analyst Trubus Rahardiansyah appreciates PT Pertamina's readiness to face the Christmas and New Year 2025 (Nataru) holidays by forming the Nataru Task Force (Satgas) which operates December 16, 2024 to January 9, 2025.

"It is worth appreciating. I consider it Pertamina's effort to provide the best service to the community during the Christmas and New Year holidays," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, December 16.

Through the Nataru Task Force, he added, Pertamina ensures that the distribution of energy, including fuel and LPG, is safe, so that the community's needs can be met properly.

According to him, the oil and gas BUMN seeks to maintain national energy security, among others, through improving services on potential routes including toll roads, tourist routes, and main routes.

Meanwhile, the facilities prepared include Alert Gas Stations, Alert LPG Agents, Mitang Siaga Agents, Pertamina Siaga, Motorist, stand-by tank cars, and MyPertamina Serambi.

In the context of public policy, Trubus added, Pertamina's efforts will facilitate and ensure the availability of energy for the community during the year-end holidays which are expected to increase rapidly.

At that time, people will take advantage of traveling from one city to another, as well as to tourist destinations, he continued, this activity certainly requires the availability of fuel at a number of points, including in remote areas.

"Therefore, what Pertamina is doing can answer the needs of people traveling," he said.

He also gave an example of Pertamina's efforts through optimizing the use of supply chain digitization through a command center called Pertamina Digital Hub which can monitor the distribution of fuel and LPG throughout the integrated Pertamina Group.

"With this system, I hope Pertamina can ensure the distribution of energy appropriately throughout Indonesia. The most important thing, which must also be a concern is supervision in maintaining quantity and improving quality," said Trubus.

Previously, PT Pertamina formed the Nataru Task Force, which operates December 16, 2024 to January 9, 2025.

Pertamina ensures the need for national energy availability ahead of the 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year (Nataru) celebrations, in a safe condition.

"Pertamina has anticipated and projected an increase in energy needs, including increasing fuel, LPG and Avtur stock reserves to be maintained at a safe level, all infrastructure is alerted," said Pertamina President Director Simon Aloysius Mantiri.
