Support KPPPA, Komdigi Ensures Smooth Network In 6 Cities For Mother's Day Commemoration
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs is committed to supporting the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPPA) in organizing Mother's Day celebrations which will fall on December 22 in 6 cities.
Along with Mother's Day celebrations, the Ministry of PPPA will also hold a Grand Launching of the Indonesian Joint Space (RBI), a movement aimed at creating collaboration spaces at the village and sub-district levels to empower women and child protection.
"Well, regarding the commemoration of Mother's Day, on December 22, we will have 6 points as a flow project, for the joint space program with Indonesia," said PPPA Minister at Arifah Choiri Fauzi at the Merdeka Barat Forum (FMB9) on Monday, December 16 at the Komdigi office, Jakarta.
The 6 cities chosen were Jambi for the provinces of Sumatra, Gorontalo in South Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, Malang, and Tangerang.
In this case, Acting Director General of Public Communication and Media (Director General of KPM), Kemkomdigi, Molly PrabaWAti said that Komdigi would support the smooth running of the network during the event.
"The Ministry of Trade is related to the preparation of the 96th Mother's Day commemoration, of course not only one point, but there are also six points. In this case, the support from Komdigi will certainly strengthen the bandwidth at the six points," said Molly to VOI after FMB9.

Furthermore, Molly also said that Komdigi had discussed with cellular operators (opsels) to support the smooth running of the network during the event.
Meanwhile, Komdigi's support in the success of the implementation of the RBI movement, Komdigi emphasized that he would participate in providing education and literacy about creating a safe digital space for women and children.
"We have digital literacy activities, of course. Later we will give literacy to mothers, as well as to children," said Molly further.
