At The Ken Admiral Trial Revealed The Persecution Case, AKBP Achiruddin Had Asked His Son To Take Weapons
The Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office presented the victim Ken Admiral as a witness in the alleged case of AKBP Achiruddin allowing his son, Aditiya Hasibuan, to abuse him.
"We went to Aditiya's house to ask for compensation for destroying the rearview mirror of my car," said Ken Admiral at a trial at the Medan District Court as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 17.
He said that with his four friends he went to Aditiya's house on Jalan Guru Sinumba, Medan on December 22, 2023 at around 12.30 WIB to ask for compensation.
"Then the defendant (Achiruddin) said 'What are you guys doing here'?, then the defendant ordered his son to take a long-barreled weapon," said Ken Admiral.
In short, Aditiya left the house, Then, he said, Aditya hit her until she fell so that she had a wound on her face.
When the beating occurred, Ken Admiral's friend was about to intervene but the defendant blocked the beating. "The defendant said just let it go, until they were satisfied, they were adults," said Ken Admiral.
After the beating occurred, the defendant ordered him to enter the house to eat fried rice, sweet tea drinks, and the defendant advised those in the place.
"The defendant (Achiruddin) advised young people to fight. After that, we were told to say hello, then come out I saw Rio given an envelope," said Ken Admiral.
After that he went to the hospital for treatment and at night he made a report to the police station.
"The path of peace is about one week the defendant met my parents. However, my parents said the law had to work," he said.
The same thing was said by witness Rio at the trial. He said that when the incident occurred, the defendant Achiruddin had no intention of breaking up.
"At the time of the incident, the defendant Achiruddin did not intervene," he said.
After hearing the testimony of witnesses, Chief Judge Oloan Silalahi postponed the trial with the agenda of witness testimony next week.
As a result of AKBP Achiruddin's actions, the defendant was charged with Article 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, the primary indictment.
Or Article 351 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code or second, Article 335 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, and the subsidiary charges.
