Investigate Al Zaytun's Case, Bareskrin Examines Lucky Hakim Today
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will ask for information from the former Deputy Regent of Indramayu, Lucky Hakim, today. He will be examined as a witness in the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School case.
"That's right, God willing, I will attend," said Lucky Hakim when confirmed, Friday, July 14.
Based on a summons from Bareskrim Polri, Lucky Hakim is scheduled to provide information at around 10.00 WIB.
The former Deputy Regent of Indramayu will convey everything he knows to investigators of Sub-Directorate 1 of the Directorate of General Crimes.
"I don't have any files," said Lucky.
Dalam perkembangan penyidikan kasus dugaan penistana agama yang melibatkan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al Zaytun, Panji Gumilang, penyidik sudah meminta keterangan ahli.
Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, said the experts included linguists, religions, ITE, and sociology.
Especially for religious experts, it is said that they come from MUI to the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag).

The alleged blasphemy case involving the leadership of the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School has been upgraded to an investigation. However, the status of Panji Gumilang is still being reported.

One of the videos circulating on social media, Panji Gumilang, said that the Qur'an was an essay by the Prophet Muhammad.
In fact, from the investigation process, another criminal element allegedly committed by Panji Gumilang was found. He is suspected of spreading information that causes hatred or hostility between individuals and groups.
This is stated in Article 45a paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and or Article 14 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Law Regulations.
