AGMS, Bumi Resources Reorganizes Composition Of Commissioners And Directors
JAKARTA - PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) made changes to the composition of the company's commissioners and directors. This is after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
One of the decisions taken at the AGMS was the appointment of Anggawira as an Independent Commissioner.
"I hope to contribute to strengthening Bumi Resources. I hope to advance the company and help achieve the strategic goals that have been set," Anggarawira quoted Antara as saying.
In his statement, Bumi Resources expressed its determination to increase cooperation with strategic partners in order to optimize the company's overall performance.
With the expertise possessed by Anggawira and other commissioners and directors, the company hopes to raise this cooperation to a higher level. Bumi Resources also plans to synergize downstream projects and diversify in the coal sector.
In addition, digitalization is recognized as Bumi Resources' top priority for future business growth.
