One of the exam materials is about Pancasila and its implementation in daily life," said Bamsoet at the opening of the event at the Ancol Festival Beach, Jakarta, Friday, June 2.

Among other things, by building a conducive political climate, through the dissemination of a positive and soothing narrative, without reducing critical attitudes in responding to the emergent political discourse.
"ORARI can also become a strategic partner of the government in building people's political literacy, through dissemination of neutral, balanced, and educating information. As well as utilizing the network (networking) it has to spread the values of togetherness and unity, as well as strengthen the bond of national solidity and solidarity, above political interests for a moment," said Bamsoet.
Bamsoet added that although ORARI was officially formed on July 9, 1968, the presence of amateur radio in Indonesia has become an important part of the history of the nation's struggle that mediates the dissemination of national messages ahead of Indonesia's independence.
"The proclamation of August 17, 1945 was also echoed all over the world on the contribution of amateur radio activists in the country. Likewise, in the post-independence period, amateur radio also has a role in supporting youth movements," explained Bamsoet.
He also explained, before 55 years of age, ORARI continued to maintain the unity and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Being 'corong' is the aspiration of the community, becomes a medium that inspires, and carries good messages.

Apart from its success in organizing various international events in Indonesia, the selection of several representations of ORARI members in international amateur radio organizations such as IARU (International Amateur Radio Union), also raised the name of ORARI and the name of Indonesia on the world stage," concluded Bamsoet.
