South Kalimantan Police Will Fire Police Members Pregnant With Girls In Banjarmasin

Head of Propam Polda South Kalimantan Kombes Djaka Suprihanta emphasized that Brigadier RA, the police who reportedly impregnated a girl in Banjarmasin, would be subject to the heaviest sanctions, namely dishonorable discharge (PTDH) or dismissal.

"We are processing the person concerned and are still being investigated, currently detained or special placement (pathsus) at the Banjarmasin Police," said Kombes Djaka in Banjarmasin as reported by ANTARA, Friday, May 19.

Djaka said that if the results of the examination and all evidence lead to serious violations, it could be submitted to the Police code of ethics trial to enforce the Police Professional Code of Ethics Commission against violations committed.

For the sticking out case, Djaka again reminded members of the National Police in all ranks of the South Kalimantan Police not to commit the slightest violation.

For those who tarnish the Polri institution, get ready to accept the sanctions with the heaviest punishment in the form of dismissal from membership as a police officer.

"Police members must set a good example for the community, show their best performance and achieve achievements to support their careers," he said.

Meanwhile, the victim with the initials I (26) in his report to the Banjarmasin Police Propam on May 15, 2023, admitted that Brigadier RA had committed immoral acts against her in February 2022 until now she is pregnant.

"The reported party promised responsibility, but there was no realization," said the victim.
