Virgoun Officially Registers Divorce Lawsuit Against Inara Rusli To Religious Court
JAKARTA - Singer Virgoun represented by his legal team officially registered a divorce suit against his wife, Inara Rusli at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) today, Thursday, April 4.
"We have registered a lawsuit at PA Jakbar in our client case (Virgoun). We have submitted a registration for the divorce pledge or lawsuit," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno to the media crew at PA West Jakarta.
Kris said that the first trial will most likely last about 10 to 12 days after the lawsuit is officially registered, but he is still waiting for a definite schedule from the court.
He ensured that there was a mediation stage like what is usually applied in divorce cases. However, the lawyer did not want to reveal what kind of mediation would take place.
"For the details, we were warned we couldn't tell this. Because the closed trial has been registered, we just have to wait for the trial call," said Kris.
Regarding the points in his client's divorce suit, Kris said there were two points filed, namely divorce and children being jointly cared for between Virgoun and Inara Rusli. While other things such as Gono-gini assets, he said, were not the points put forward in the lawsuit.
"We are not talking about it (the division of Gono-gini assets), because we never discussed it either. It was never discussed at all, so only two items, only divorced and children were cared for together," concluded Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, Virgoun's attorney.
For information, Virgoun's divorce suit against Inara Rusli is registered at the West Jakarta PA with case number 1377/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JB.
